Re-wild yourself on our UK yoga and wilderness weekend retreats.
These will be an opportunity to completely rest, recharge and get back to yourself in nature.
Nourish & strengthen yourself with a mix of restorative and dynamic yoga & meditation practices and a range of workshops.
Challenge yourself with SUP yoga, wild swimming and bushcraft. Forage for food, feast around campfires, gaze at the stars, reset your circadian rhythms, stay in unique accommodation immersed in nature, and do as little or as much as you like.
If you arrive feeling a bit frazzled and mentally strung out, I guarantee you’ll leave shiney-eyed, smiley, possibly a bit salty and feeling alive.
