We are all just walking each other home
– Baba Ram Dass
Hey, I’m Jen
I started practicing yoga in Byron Bay aged 16 and have been coming back home to the practice ever since. Yoga helps me feel more grounded, more at home in my body and the world, and just a little bit (or a lotta bit) better.
Over the years I’ve seen over and over again that yoga makes others feel better too. It’s so lovely to be able to share this practice, that on the very simplest level, just has a positive ripple effect everywhere.
I believe that both nature and yoga are medicine for the soul, and I’m steadily working towards meaningful work that means more of both. I teach vinyasa, yin, meditation and yoga nidra to people of all ages and abilities. I have spent most of my life by the sea and now love teaching SUP yoga too.
I teach 1-2-1 classes in studios, online and in the workplace. I run yoga brunch clubs, SUP yoga adventures and retreats
in the New Forest, Dorset, London and abroad. I also run wilderness yoga retreats in the UK through my retreats & adventures company The Wild Times. See all current events here.
‘Good sesh Jen. Zen AF, nice flow, stretched me well. Namaste’
– Ed, online yoga student
‘Jenny has really built up my confidence in yoga over the past few months. She tailors each class to suit everyone’s ability level and is a really friendly and fun teacher’
– Jess, Corporate yoga student
